We deliver your order straight to your doorstep by local courier. Deliveries usually take around 2 to 5 working days from the time of order. Do take note that we do not ship out on weekends as our warehouses will be closed.

Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Usage of Product
It is common for skincare and beauty products in Japan to not print the expiry date on the packaging as the manufacturers are not required to do so if the shelf life is over 3 years. We buy our goods directly from the manufacturer, so what you get is the latest stock available. Do take note that once the product is opened, the shelf life is reduced to 1 year.
There may be cases where the product you received from us is different from the same product seen in other stores. This may be due to the product designs being based on the Japanese localized versions, as they are shipped directly from Japan. There may also be cases of updated packaging from the manufacturer.
